Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting jobs, screening candidates, and conducting interviews.
Oversee onboarding for new hires and offboarding for departing employees, including exit interviews.
Administer and assist with performance appraisals and employee development plans.

Plan and administer employee benefit packages and payroll.
Conduct salary reviews and manage compensation-related data.
Policy and compliance:
Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures.
Ensure the company and its employees comply with all labor laws and regulations.
Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
Employee relations and engagement:
Address and resolve employee grievances and conflicts.
Promote a safe and positive workplace culture.
Organize and execute employee engagement activities and events.
Act as a liaison between employees and management.
Training and development:
Identify training needs and coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills.
Train managers on policy implementation.
Strategy and administration:
Contribute to the development of HR strategies that align with business goals.
Manage HR department budgets and operations.
Stay informed about HR trends and best practices
