Manage end-to-end payroll processing including salary calculation, deductions, and reimbursements.
Maintain employee records and update HR databases using Tally and other HR software.
Assist in attendance tracking, leave management, and compliance with labor laws.
Generate payroll reports, PF/ESI contributions, and other statutory reports.
Support HR team in employee onboarding, documentation, and HR administration tasks.
Handle employee queries related to payroll, benefits, and leaves.
Assist in audit and reconciliation of accounts related to HR and payroll.
Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience in HR/Payroll with hands-on experience in Tally.
Knowledge of PF, ESI, Professional Tax, and other statutory compliances.
Proficient in Excel and basic accounting principles.
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and confidentiality.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred:
Familiarity with HR software or payroll management tools.
Basic knowledge of labor laws and payroll regulations.
