Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
HR Assistant
to support our HR department with day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in HR processes, employee engagement, and compliance, and should be eager to grow within a dynamic retail environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, and onboarding.
Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave data accurately.
Support payroll preparation by providing relevant data (attendance, leaves, etc.).
Coordinate and assist in employee engagement activities and training sessions.
Handle employee queries and provide administrative support to the HR department.
Assist in implementing HR policies and ensure adherence to company standards.
Maintain HR documentation and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
Skills & Competencies:
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Basic knowledge of HR software/tools and MS Office.
Understanding of HR policies, attendance, and payroll processes.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
