Job Summary



We are looking for a

proactive and detail-oriented HR Assistant

to support and enhance our HR operations. The ideal candidate will have experience across recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and HR administration, with a passion for creating a positive employee experience and supporting strategic HR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities



Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate communication. Maintain and update employee records and HR databases accurately. Support onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth employee experience. Coordinate employee training and development programs. Handle employee queries and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures. Assist in performance management and appraisal cycles. Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies. Prepare HR reports and assist with audits and compliance checks. Contribute to employee engagement, culture-building, and wellness initiatives.

Required Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 3-6 years of experience in HR roles, preferably within a tech or software environment. Strong understanding of HR processes, labor laws, and compliance requirements. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.

Preferred Skills



Experience with HR platforms like BambooHR, Workday, or SAP SuccessFactors. Knowledge of DEI (Diversity, Equity & Inclusion) practices. Familiarity with managing remote and hybrid teams. Strong analytical, reporting, and documentation skills.
