Assist in posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Coordinate with hiring managers and medical department heads for manpower requirements.
Facilitate pre-employment checks, medical tests, and background verification.
Support onboarding and orientation of new staff (doctors, nurses, paramedics, and non-medical staff).
HR Operations & Administration
Maintain accurate employee records (digital & physical).
Process and update leave records, attendance, and shift schedules.
Assist in payroll preparation by collecting attendance, overtime, and deductions data.
Ensure timely issuance of ID cards, employment letters, and HR documents.
Employee Relations & Engagement
Address employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
Assist in organizing training programs, workshops, and employee welfare activities.
Support grievance handling and ensure employee issues are escalated appropriately.
Compliance & Policy
Assist in ensuring compliance with hospital HR policies, labor laws, and healthcare regulations.
Help prepare HR reports, MIS, and documentation for audits and inspections.
Maintain confidentiality of employee and hospital information.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
1-3 years of HR experience (healthcare sector )
