Responsibilities
Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate communication
Assist with onboarding and documentation
Maintain HR records and databases
Support employee engagement and compliance activities
Respond to internal HR queries professionally
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
Strong communication and organizational skills
Familiarity with MS Office tools
Willingness to work night shifts in PST hours
Immediate availability preferred
