Assist in posting job vacancies on portals and screening resumes.
Schedule and coordinate interviews.
Support in preparing offer letters and employment contracts.
Facilitate employee onboarding and induction programs.
2. HR Operations & Documentation
Maintain and update employee records in HR databases.
Prepare and manage HR-related documents (appointment letters, confirmation letters, etc.).
Assist with attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination.
3. Employee Engagement & Relations
Support HR initiatives such as employee engagement programs and welfare activities.
Address basic employee queries related to HR policies and processes.
Assist in grievance handling and escalating to HR Manager when required.
4. Compliance & Policy Support
Ensure HR processes comply with labor laws and company policies.
Assist in audits, statutory filings, and HR compliance documentation.
5. Administrative Support
Coordinate HR meetings, training sessions, and workshops.
Prepare HR reports and maintain filing systems.
Support other administrative tasks as assigned by management.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
Basic knowledge of HR processes and labor laws.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Attention to detail and confidentiality.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2 years of experience in HR or administrative role
