We are seeking a proactive and organized Assistant HR to support the HR department in managing day-to-day human resources operations. The role involves assisting with recruitment, employee records, attendance & payroll coordination, employee engagement, grievance handling, and compliance activities. The Assistant HR will report to the HR Manager and ensure smooth workforce management aligned with company policies.
Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Onboarding
Assist in posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Coordinate with department heads for manpower requirements.
Facilitate joining formalities, induction, and orientation programs.
Employee Records & Attendance
Maintain updated employee records (personal files, contract letters, ID cards).
Monitor daily attendance, leave management, and overtime records.
Support payroll preparation with accurate data entry.
Employee Relations & Engagement
Act as a point of contact for employee queries and grievances.
Assist in implementing employee engagement activities (welfare, training, events).
Promote a healthy and compliant work culture.
Compliance & Policies
Support statutory compliance activities (PF, ESI, labor laws, etc.).
Ensure policies, rules, and regulations are followed across departments.
Assist in drafting HR notices, circulars, and basic documentation.
Reporting & Coordination
Prepare HR-related reports (attendance summary, turnover rate, recruitment status).
Coordinate with accounts, administration, and production teams for HR-related requirements.
Report key issues and updates to the HR Manager.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
