to support the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department. The ideal candidate will handle administrative tasks, assist in recruitment, maintain employee records, and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update employee records (attendance, personal data, leaves, etc.) in HRMS.
Support the recruitment process including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
Assist with onboarding and orientation of new hires.
Prepare HR documents such as offer letters, employment contracts, and warning letters.
Coordinate training sessions and maintain training records.
Assist in payroll preparation by collecting relevant employee data (absences, leaves, overtime, etc.).
Address employee queries about benefits, policies, and HR procedures.
Support compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
Organize employee engagement activities and internal communication.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
0-2 years of experience in an HR or administrative role (freshers may apply).
Familiarity with HR software (e.g., HRMS, payroll tools) is a plus.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
