Employee Records and Data Management:
Maintaining and updating employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Managing HR databases and ensuring proper record-keeping of employee information.
Processing and filing employee documentation, including contracts, performance reviews, and other HR-related paperwork.
Recruitment and Onboarding:
Assisting with the recruitment process, such as posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Conducting background checks and reference checks.
Coordinating onboarding activities for new hires, including conducting orientations and ensuring a smooth transition.
Employee Relations and Support:
Responding to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
Providing administrative support for employee relations issues, including grievances and disciplinary actions.
Assisting with performance management processes and tracking employee performance.
Payroll and Benefits Administration:
Assisting with payroll processing and ensuring accurate calculations of wages, overtime, and other pay adjustments.
Helping with the administration of employee benefits programs, including enrollment, claims processing, and communication with vendors.
Compliance and Reporting:
Ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Preparing and submitting HR-related reports, such as headcount reports, turnover reports, and other performance metrics.
