HR Assistant Roles & Responsibilities



Maintaining employee records and files.

Assisting with recruitment and onboarding processes.

Scheduling interviews and meetings.

Monthly Payroll processing & Time Management

Handling basic HR queries from employees.

Preparing reports and presentations.

Providing general administrative support to the HR department.

Managing employee relations and compliance.

Induction & Joining Formalities and HR Documentation

Co-ordinating for Performance Appraisal & Annual KRA's of the employees

To look after administration function in absence of concerned person.

Should be able to communicate clearly and effectively with other Employees.

Be Flexible and able to work independently without being followed up.

Conducting exit interviews to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.

Good communications skills - Tamil,English,Kannada

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
