The HR cum Administration Executive will play a key role in supporting the human resources and administrative functions of the company. This position requires a versatile professional who can seamlessly navigate between HR responsibilities and administrative tasks, contributing to the overall efficiency and success of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources:
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and conducting interviews.
Administer onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
Handle employee relations, addressing queries and concerns, and fostering a positive work culture.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation.
Coordinate performance appraisal processes and support talent development initiatives.
Administration:
Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring a well-organized and efficient work environment.
Manage office supplies, equipment, and facility maintenance.
Assist in travel coordination and expense management for employees.
Handle vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure cost-effective services.
Support the planning and execution of company events and employee engagement activities.
Compliance and Policy Implementation:
Stay informed about relevant employment laws and regulations, ensuring the company's compliance.
Implement and enforce HR policies and procedures consistently across the organization.
Employee Benefits Administration:
Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
Assist employees with benefit-related inquiries and facilitate open enrollment processes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in HR and administration roles, preferably in a service-oriented industry.
Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and compliance requirements.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and MS Office Suite.
