Key Responsibilities:
Assist in recruitment activities (job posting, screening, interview coordination)
Maintain employee records, files, and HR databases
Manage attendance, leave records, and support payroll coordination
Assist in onboarding and exit formalities
Support statutory compliance and HR documentation
Coordinate with departments for HR-related requirements
Handle employee queries related to HR policies and procedures
Prepare basic HR reports and MIS
Requirements:
MBA (HR preferred)
0-3 years of experience in HR operations
Knowledge of HR processes, attendance, and documentation
Basic knowledge of labour laws is an advantage
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email communication
Good communication and coordination skills.
