to support our Human Resources department in the dynamic and fast-paced engineering industry. The HR Assistant will provide administrative support to ensure efficient HR operations and help maintain a productive, compliant, and engaging workplace for our engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Onboarding
Assist with posting job openings on internal and external platforms.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Support onboarding of new employees, including documentation and orientation.
Maintain candidate and employee databases.
2. Employee Records & Documentation
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records (both digital and physical).
Assist in processing HR documents such as employment contracts, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
3. HR Operations & Support
Support day-to-day HR operations and respond to employee queries regarding HR policies.
Help manage time and attendance records, leave applications, and related reporting.
Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc.).
4. Training & Development
Coordinate employee training sessions and track attendance.
Maintain training records and assist in scheduling technical and soft skills training programs.
5. Compliance & Health and Safety
Help ensure that the workplace complies with labor laws and health and safety regulations.
Support the HR Manager in conducting audits, surveys, and risk assessments.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
1-3 years of HR experience, preferably in an engineering or technical environment.
Familiarity with HR software and systems (e.g., HRIS, ATS).
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong written and verbal communication.
Understanding of engineering industry work culture is a plus.
