to support our Human Resources department. The HR Assistant will handle a variety of administrative tasks, ensuring smooth and efficient operations of HR processes, while maintaining a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks
Maintain employee records (soft and hard copies)
Update internal HR databases (e.g., new hire information, resignations, promotions)
Prepare HR documents such as employment contracts, letters, and onboarding forms
Post, update, and remove job ads from job boards and career pages
Schedule interviews and coordinate communication with candidates
Support payroll preparation by providing relevant employee information (e.g., absences, leaves, bonuses)
Assist in organizing training & development programs
Address employee queries and grievances regarding HR policies and procedures
Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies
Maintaining Attendance
Requirements:
Proven experience as an HR Assistant, Office Assistant, or relevant role
Familiarity with HRIS or HR software (e.g., BambooHR, SAP, Workday)
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle data with confidentiality
Preferred:
Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
Experience in recruitment or onboarding processes
