Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Assistant to support day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate will assist in recruitment, employee documentation, attendance & payroll coordination, and ensure smooth HR administration.
Key Responsibilities:
Support end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interview scheduling & joining formalities
Maintain employee records, files, and HR documentation
Handle onboarding, induction, and exit formalities
Coordinate attendance, leave records, and payroll inputs
Assist in statutory compliance documentation (PF, ESI, etc.)
Handle employee queries related to HR policies and processes
Prepare HR reports and MIS as required
Coordinate with site supervisors and clients for manpower updates
Qualifications & Skills:
Any graduate (HR / Business Administration preferred)
0-2 years of experience in HR or administration
Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes
Familiar with MS Office (Excel, Word)
Good communication skills in English & Tamil
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
Salary: ?14,000 - ?18,000 per month (based on experience)
Working Days: 6 days a week
