Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
Maintain and update employee records in HR systems and personnel files.
Support onboarding processes for new hires, including documentation, induction, and orientation.
Assist in payroll processing, attendance tracking, and leave management.
Coordinate training programs and maintain training records.
Handle basic employee queries and provide administrative support to the HR department.
Assist in compliance with statutory requirements such as PF, ESI, and other labor laws.
Support HR in employee engagement activities and communication..
Qualifications:
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
