About Role

HR Assistant supports the Human Resources function by assisting in freelancer recruitment, maintaining HR records and processing healthcare-related loan documentation, while ensuring compliance with organizational policies and healthcare regulations.

Core Duties

Assist in recruiting and onboarding freelancers, including coordination, documentation and record management Maintain accurate and confidential employee and freelancer records (physical and digital mode) Support the preparation, filing, and processing of healthcare-related loan documents for eligible staff or associates Coordinate with internal departments and external parties regarding loan-related documentation and approvals Update HR systems and trackers related to recruitment, freelancers and loan processing Act as a point of contact for basic HR, freelancer, and loan-related queries Ensure compliance with HR policies, healthcare regulations and data confidentiality standards Support day-to-day HR operational activities as assigned

What do we need

1-2 years of experience in HR operations, recruitment support or related roles Basic knowledge of recruitment processes, freelancer coordination and HR documentation Exposure to loan processing or documentation handling in the healthcare domain is preferred Good communication, coordination and organizational skills Proficiency in MS Office and basic HR systems with strong attention to confidentiality
