We are seeking a dynamic and organized HR professional to join our team as an HR Executive/Assistant. The ideal candidate will assist in the day-to-day HR operations, contributing to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Onboarding (Employee 360):
Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
Coordinate and conduct employee onboarding activities.
Employee Relations:
Address employee queries and concerns.
Support the resolution of workplace issues and conflicts.
HR Administration:
Maintain accurate employee records, both physical and digital.
Assist in the preparation of HR-related documents such as contracts and letters.
Performance Management:
Support the performance appraisal process.
Coordinate training and development initiatives.
Benefits Administration:
Administer employee benefits programs.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements related to employee benefits.
Compliance and Policies:
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Keep abreast of employment laws and regulations.
Data Management:
Compile and analyze HR metrics.
Generate reports for management as needed.
Employee Engagement:
Contribute to employee engagement initiatives.
Assist in organizing company events and activities.
Health and Safety:
Support health and safety initiatives.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in an HR role (for HR Executive).
Basic understanding of HR principles and practices.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with good organizational abilities.
Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) is a plus.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.

Reporting:
The HR Executive/Assistant will report to the HR Manager/Process Director or another designated supervisor within the organization.
