Key Responsibilities
Assist in posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave tracking.
Help onboard new hires -- documentation, welcome kits, and orientation.
Coordinate with candidates and internal teams for interview updates.
Draft basic HR letters (offer, confirmation, relieving, etc.).
Support payroll and performance tracking documentation.
Handle basic HR communication (email replies, follow-ups, updates).
Requirements
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Good organizational and multitasking ability.
Comfortable using Excel/Google Sheets and HR tools.
Basic understanding of HR or recruitment processes.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
Prior internship or experience in HR operations or coordination.
