Understand job requirements and develop job descriptions with department heads
Post job ads on portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.) and manage applications
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
Schedule technical and final interviews with relevant stakeholders
Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers
Handle offer negotiation and pre-joining engagement
Coordinate with onboarding team for smooth joining
Assist in daily HR operations and administration tasks
Maintain employee records (soft and hard copies)
Prepare HR-related documents like appointment letters, ID cards, and certificates
Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes
Track attendance, leave records, and support payroll processing
Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events, and training sessions
Support implementation of HR policies and procedures
