Key Responsibilities: Human Resources Duties:
Manage recruitment processes including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and leave management systems.
Prepare HR documents such as employment contracts, offers, and warnings.
Handle payroll administration and ensure compliance with labor laws.
Organize training sessions and performance evaluations.
Address employee queries regarding policies, benefits, and HR procedures.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive HR matters professionally.
Assist in organizing campus recruitment drives, job fairs, and training programs.
Establish and maintain relationships with recruiters and industry professionals.
Manage end-to-end placement activities, including scheduling interviews, coordinating with employers, and collecting feedback.
Guide students on interview preparation, resume building, and professional etiquette.
Address queries related to placements and career development.
Maintain records of placement activities, employer databases, and student profiles.
Prepare and share placement reports with management.
Visit employer sites as required to strengthen ties with recruitment partners.
Represent the organization at various recruitment events.
