Role Description



This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Assistant position located in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar. The Human Resources Assistant will be responsible for supporting HR processes, including managing employee records, assisting with HR management systems, overseeing benefits administration, and coordinating training initiatives. The role involves close collaboration with the HR team to ensure compliance with company policies and to contribute to achieving organizational goals effectively.

Qualifications



Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management. Experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and associated technologies. Strong understanding of employee Benefits Administration and related processes. Knowledge of Training and developmental practices within an organizational setting. Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and adapt to dynamic work environments. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. Familiarity with labor laws and compliance standards is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities



Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes (posting jobs, scheduling interviews, preparing offer letters). Maintain and update employee records, files, and HR databases. Support payroll preparation by collecting attendance, leave, and employee data. Coordinate employee orientation and training sessions. Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures. Assist in performance appraisal and employee engagement activities.

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
