We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
HR Assistant
to support our day-to-day HR and administrative operations. The ideal candidate should be organised, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with recruitment activities including posting jobs, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR documentation.
Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
Handle basic HR queries from employees.
Assist in organising training sessions, meetings, and employee engagement activities.
Prepare HR letters, reports, and maintain databases.
Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed.
Support overall office administration when required.
Skills & Requirements:
Graduate in any field (MBA HR preferred but not mandatory).
Good communication skills (written & verbal).
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
