Key Responsibilities:
Assist in
recruitment and onboarding processes
, including job postings, candidate screening, scheduling interviews, and preparing offer letters.
Maintain and update
employee records
(personal data, attendance, leaves, contracts, etc.) in both digital and physical formats.
Support in
payroll preparation
by collecting and verifying attendance, leave data, and other relevant information.
Help coordinate
employee engagement activities
, training sessions, and performance review processes.
Manage and respond to employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
Assist in ensuring
compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices

Prepare and maintain HR-related reports such as staff turnover, attendance, and recruitment statistics.
Support HR initiatives and contribute to continuous process improvement.
Coordinate with finance and administration teams for HR-related documentation and reporting.
