Assist in day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, joining formalities, and exit procedures.
Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management systems.
Support payroll preparation by collecting and verifying data.
Help in drafting letters, contracts, and HR documentation.
Coordinate interviews, schedule meetings, and communicate with candidates.
Assist in employee engagement activities and training programs.
Ensure proper filing of HR documents and compliance records.
Handle employee queries and provide administrative support to the HR team.
Prepare basic HR reports and update databases as required.
