Job Description

1. Administrative Support



Maintain and update employee records (digital and physical files). Prepare HR documents such. Assist with payroll preparation by providing relevant employee information (absences, overtime, leaves). Manage HR calendars, schedule meetings, and handle department correspondence.

2. Recruitment & Onboarding



Assist in posting job vacancies on job boards and social platforms. Screen resumes and schedule interviews. Coordinate pre-employment checks and reference verification. Support the onboarding process: orientation sessions, documentation, and new hire setup.

3. Employee Relations



Serve as the first point of contact for basic HR-related inquiries. Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events. Help ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.

4. HR Operations & Compliance



Track employee attendance, leave requests, and probation reviews. Assist with performance appraisal processes. Help maintain compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and safety standards.
Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ?13,000.00 - ?21,000.00 per month
