Prepare and issue offer letters, appointment letters, joining letters, and confirmation letters
Maintain employee files (physical and digital) including ID proofs, agreements, and forms
Collect, verify, and organize employee documents at the time of joining
Maintain attendance, leave records, and basic payroll support data
Update HR databases and Excel sheets regularly
Handle employee acknowledgements, declarations, and policy documents
Coordinate with management for HR approvals and records
Ensure confidentiality of employee and organizational data
Support audits and internal reviews related to HR documentation
Assist with any other HR or administrative work as assigned
