Job Description

Manage end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, screening, interviews, selection). Conduct employee onboarding, orientation, and documentation. Handle employee queries, grievances, and conflict resolution. Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture. Ensure adherence to labor laws, company policies, and statutory requirements. Maintain employee records and HR databases accurately. Support the appraisal process and performance improvement plans. Assist managers in setting goals and evaluating performance. Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs. Coordinate with the payroll team for salary processing and leave management. Manage attendance, overtime, and leave records. Plan and execute engagement activities and recognition programs. Analyze attrition and implement retention strategies. Conduct exit interviews and complete full & final settlements.
