Bachelor's /MBA degree in Human Resources or related field
Good working knowledge in MS Office
1-3 years of HR experience (entry-level roles available)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Hindi and English
Knowledge of HRIS and labor regulations
A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
Having experience to generat PF, ESIC challan in the portal
Manage PF, ESIC Record as per the HR laws
Job Responsibilities :
Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with labor laws
Assist in policy development and implementation
Ensuring compliance with labor laws and workplace safety regulations
Maintaining employee records and documentation
Managing workplace investigations
Enforcing company policies
Aligning HR strategies with business goals
Supporting change management
Leading organizational culture initiatives
Promoting employee engagement and retention
Note : This role offers the opprtunity to manage end-to-end HR Processes, leverage HRMS/HRIS tools and contribute to a growth- oriented, innovation organization in the service sector.
