3-5 years HR experience (school experience preferred)
Good spoken and written English
Strong communication skills
Good typing speed
Knowledge of MS Excel and basic computer skills
Job Responsibilities:
Maintain employee records and HR documentation
Manage staff attendance and leave data
Assist in recruitment and interview coordination
Support joining, exit, and payroll activities
Coordinate with school staff and management
Prepare reports using MS Excel
