Job Description

We are hiring a candidate for the post of HR Assistant. Applicants who are interested can forward a resume with a picture.

Job Responsibilities:



? Perform Administrative and Human Resource functions

? Understanding & identifying the current vacancies within the Region to start recruitment process on time

? Candidates Resume Search, Analyze resumes of candidates, scanning them for interviews, arranging interview and placing them accordingly after selection

? Guide and handle HR functions like assisting in performance appraisals and corrective action, responsible for arrangement, resolving clashes & daily time attendance

? Supervision of Branch-wise performance, staff time attendance and recognition of good performance. Supervision of Employee's Performance and identifying the right candidate for the right job

? Typing reports, memos and other correspondence accept and distribute messages and mails to proper departments and Employees

? Keeping records of all employees' contract start & end date, visa and leave records. Serve as first point of Employees contact in person & manage employees for productive output

? Greeting and responding to the Employees on as-needed basis. Diplomatically resolve Employee complaints & Delegate responsibilities to Employees to meet Company's expectations

? Establish, automate and maintain effective filing system for company official documents, contracts and employee records

? Liaise with PRO to renew all offices licenses, employee visas, work permits and local sponsors fee payments on time

? Managing, ordering and controlling Inventory for all offices

? Communicate with courier service on mailing confidential documents and tracking mails, sending inventories to various branches

? Verification of monthly payroll totals, part-time teacher payments etc

? General Operational Functions like accurate collection of data from Branches, updating of piled up back-logs, disciplinary proceedings and administration

? Organize regular meetings and trainings for Employees for effective performance

? Retain a large variety of information and interpret it to various levels of Employees/Officers

? Providing various types of administrative support

? Delivering competent services and accurate information as part of the pivotal interaction

Careful maintenance of confidential data

Job Requirements:

Bachelor Degree in HR or MBA with HR specialization from Reputed Universities 1-2 years previous experience in HR & Admin Field is undoubtedly an advantage. Training in psychological aspects, labor legislations and more specifically in personnel management and general management is highly preferred Must be willing to work extended hours (including evenings and weekends), as needed, to meet business objectives
