Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads, and managing the hiring process
Reviewing resumes and applications.
Review job descriptions for all positions regularly and update them in consultation with the respective managers.
Conducting the first round of telephonic interviews for the candidates to schedule interviews.
Manage Job Applications received and respond to candidates promptly.
Screening shortlisting the relevant candidates as per the Job profile.
Ability to evaluate/identify the right candidate with culture / monetary and behavioral fitments of the candidate.
Engage with the offered candidate and ensure regular connect for joining
Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings.
Manage and maintain office operations, files, and records.

Handled confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records (both electronic and paper).
