Support recruitment activities including job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling
Coordinate employee onboarding and maintain joining documentation
Manage employee records and HR documentation
Handle exit formalities including resignation processing and clearance
Assist in payroll preparation by compiling attendance, leave, and other inputs
Maintain attendance and leave records
Respond to basic employee HR queries and provide administrative support.
