The HR Assistant supports the smooth execution of day-to-day HR operations within a men's ethnic wear organization. The role focuses on administrative support, employee coordination, and ensuring HR processes align with the needs of a fast-paced retail and production environment.
Role Purpose
Enable efficient HR operations across retail, design, and production teams
Support employee lifecycle processes to ensure a positive employee experience
Maintain accurate HR records and compliance with internal policies
Assist in building an organized and people-focused workplace culture
Key Activities
Support recruitment activities such as interview scheduling and candidate coordination
Assist with onboarding and exit processes for store and corporate employees
Maintain employee records, attendance, and basic payroll inputs
Coordinate HR documentation, contracts, and policy acknowledgements
Support employee engagement activities and internal communications
Assist HR leadership with day-to-day administrative tasks

Basic understanding of HR processes
Knowledge & Expertise
Familiarity with HR documentation and record-keeping
