Key Responsibilities:
Assist with recruitment, resume screening & interview coordination
Support onboarding and maintain HR documentation
Draft HR letters and official communications
Maintain HR trackers using Excel / Google Sheets
Support payroll data, HR operations & admin tasks
Requirements:
Graduate in HR / Business / Management or related field
Good communication skills (mandatory)
Basic HR knowledge; prior HR exposure is a plus
Proficient in Excel / Google Workspace
Own laptop required
