Key Responsibilities
Assist in
sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews
for candidates.
Support
onboarding, documentation, and induction programs
for new employees.
Help maintain and update
employee records
in HR systems and files.
Draft HR-related documents such as
letters, notices, and reports
.
Contribute to
employee engagement activities and internal communication
.
Participate in HR projects and provide support to the HR team in daily operations.
Requirements
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in
Human Resources / Management / Commerce / Psychology
or a related field.
Strong interest in building a career in HR.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
Proactive, eager to learn, and able to multitask.
