1. Role Summary



The HR Assistant will support day-to-day HR operations, ensuring smooth administrative processes across recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, documentation, HRIS management, and statutory compliance. The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information.

2. Key ResponsibilitiesA. Recruitment & Onboarding



Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities (scheduling interviews, follow-ups, candidate communication). Assist in screening resumes and maintaining candidate databases. Prepare and issue offer letters, appointment letters, and onboarding documents. Conduct employee induction and ensure completion of joining formalities.

B. Employee Records & HR Administration



Maintain and update employee records in HRIS / Excel. Handle documentation such as ID cards, letters, and verification forms. Track attendance, leaves, and assist in payroll inputs. Maintain confidential employee files, reports, and MIS.

C. Employee Engagement



Support HR team in organizing events, celebrations, and engagement initiatives. Handle employee queries with professionalism and timely follow-ups.

D. Compliance & HR Policies



Assist in maintaining statutory records (EPF, ESIC, Gratuity, etc.). Ensure adherence to HR policies and company guidelines. Support audits and compliance checks.

E. Coordination & Support



Coordinate with different departments for HR-related matters. Assist in preparing HR reports, dashboards, and analysis. Support exit formalities including F&F documentation and clearance process.

3. Required Skills & Competencies



Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently. Attention to detail and high level of accuracy. Basic understanding of HR processes and policies. Professional, proactive, and approachable attitude.

4. Qualifications



Bachelor's degree (BBA, B.Com, BA, or relevant field). MBA in HR (preferred but not mandatory). 0-2 years of experience in HR or administrative roles (freshers can apply).

Job Type: Fresher

Pay: ₹12,061.83 - ₹15,000.00 per month
