Any Graduate/Post Graduate. MBA - HR preferred.
Min 3 to 8 years experience in End-To-End Recruitment, sourcing, and employment branding. Fresher's also preffered.
Confident Smart candidate, having Good Verbal and Written communication skills.
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
Ability to effectively communicate with candidates, employees and HODs.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Responsibilities
:
Manage End-To-End (E2E) recruitment process - Sourcing and screening the candidates through various job portals and referrals. Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers and schedule interviews
Well aware various channels of Sourcing. Also well verse with various Job Portals.
Handle on boarding process, Ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately and a timely manner.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
