PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY
1. Prepare all HR related documents & Policies
2. Tracking employee performance and provide training and support to improve.
3. Improving work culture in organization for team building and Loyalty.
4. Communication with team on owner's Behalf
5. Helping CEO in work co-ordination.
EDUCATION
a. Minimum Education :- Graduate in any discipline
b. Technical Education :- MBA in HR
EXPERIENCE
a. Minimum Experience HR :- 2 years
b. Minimum Experience :- 1 Years in Corporate
BEHAVIROUAL & TECHNICAL SKILLS
a. Fluent in English
b. Good communication skills (Writing & Speaking both)
