Conduct pre-screening and shortlist relevant candidates as per the job requirements.
Manage the pre-onboarding, onboarding and separation processes of employees.
Maintain and regularly update the employee database and personal folders.
Develop, update, and recommend HR policies and procedures in line with best practices.
Handle employee grievances with professionalism and confidentiality.
Manage Vendor AMC and ensure timely renewal.
Drive employee welfare activities, including MVP awards, birthday celebrations, and other engagement programs.
Oversee compliance-related audits such as SEDEX and ensure the company adheres to HR standards.
