The HR Assistant will support the HR team in recruitment, daily HR operations, and training coordination. The role involves managing employee records, supporting hiring activities, and ensuring smooth execution of HR and learning processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment
Support end-to-end hiring process from sourcing to joining.
Post job openings on portals and track applications.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and interviewers.
Prepare offer letters and collect joining documents.
Maintain candidate and recruitment tracker.
HR Operations
Maintain and update employee master data in
ZingHR
.
Monitor attendance, leaves, and regularization requests.
Support payroll inputs and HR compliance documentation.
Assist in onboarding and exit formalities.
Draft HR communication (joining announcements, reminders, notices, etc.).
Training & Development
Coordinate with trainers and departments for training schedules.
Maintain training calendar and attendance.
Prepare feedback reports and maintain training records.
Assist in "Train the Trainer" and onboarding training programs.
Key Skills:
Good communication skills (English & Hindi).
Proficiency in MS Excel and Word, Emails.
Need Fresh Graduate.
