Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Assistant to support payroll processing, time office operations, administrative tasks, and facility management. The role includes vendor coordination, housekeeping supervision, pest control monitoring, scrap sale record keeping, mediclaim coordination, contract labour compliance, and bill payments.
Bachelor's degree in HR/Business Administration (BMS - HR, MBA - HR, MLS preferred)
3-6 years of relevant experience in HR operations and facility coordination
Proficiency in MS Office; HRMS/payroll software knowledge preferred
Strong organizational, communication, and compliance handling skills
Working Conditions
Office-based role with regular coordination with external vendors and staff
May require extended hours during payroll cycles, audits, or compliance deadlines
