Roles & Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment & onboarding process
Conduct interviews & coordinate with hiring managers
Draft & update job descriptions and post on portals
Maintain employee records, attendance & leave tracking
Support payroll and statutory compliance activities
Conduct employee engagement activities & grievance handling
Collaborate with teams for training & performance management
Assist management in implementing HR policies and strategies
Requirements & Skills
Minimum Graduate (MBA in HR preferred)
Internship or 0-4 years of HR experience
Excellent verbal & written communication skills
Strong interpersonal & conflict-resolution skills
Knowledge of HR tools / sourcing platforms is a plus
Should be comfortable working from office
Ability to multitask & handle a 6-day work environment
