The HR Assistant at Datamark, Inc. is an essential member of the Human Resources team, providing support in various HR functions including recruitment, on-boarding, employee records management, and benefits administration. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and possess excellent communication skills to effectively assist with HR tasks and enhance workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage new hire on-boarding processes and documentation.
Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
Support benefits administration tasks, including explaining benefit plans to employees and assisting with claims.
Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
Assist in organizing HR events, training sessions, and employee engagement activities.
Help in the preparation of reports related to HR metrics and initiatives.
Supports in monthly payroll, and handling employee grievances.
Requirements
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
Experience:
1-2 years of experience in an HR support role or administrative position.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with HRIS systems.
Soft Skills:
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Flexible with Shifts
Comfortable with work from office (Location - Thane)
