Role & Responsibilities:
Workplace Management:
Ensure a clean, hygienic, and organized working environment.
Recruitment Support:
Assist in hiring processes including screening candidates for assistant admin and other roles.
Training Coordination:
Help organize and conduct training sessions for new and existing employees.
Administrative Support:
Assist with basic HR documentation, attendance tracking, and employee records.
Team Support:
Promote a positive work culture and assist in employee onboarding.
Requirements:
Minimum qualification: Graduate (preferred)
Good communication and organizational skills
Basic knowledge of HR/admin responsibilities
Eager to learn and grow within the company
