Assist in end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
Maintain employee records and HR databases.
Support onboarding and induction of new employees.
Handle attendance, leave management, and basic HR administration.
Assist in drafting HR letters, notices, and communication.
Coordinate employee engagement activities and events.
Provide support in day-to-day HR operations and compliance tasks.
Skills Required:
Good communication skills (English, Hindi, Marathi preferred).
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and good interpersonal skills.
Understanding of HR concepts (recruitment, payroll, employee relations) will be an added advantage.
Education Qualification:
Graduate in
HR / Management / Commerce / Any related field
