Responsibilities:



Compliance Management:

Ensure adherence to statutory compliance like

PF

,

ESIC

,

Labour Laws

,

BOCW (Building and Other Construction Workers) License

, and related regulations.

Attendance Management:

Maintain accurate attendance records for

online

and

offline

systems. Ensure integration with payroll and monitor compliance with work hours and leave policies.

Recruitment & Onboarding:

Source and hire skilled labor, engineers, and administrative staff. Conduct onboarding to familiarize employees with compliance and company policies.

Employee Relations:

Address grievances and ensure smooth workplace operations. Promote engagement and resolve disputes while maintaining adherence to laws.

Documentation & Record Keeping:

Maintain updated records for labor licenses, compliance reports, and employee records. Prepare reports for audits and inspections.

Training & Safety:

Organize training for labor safety and statutory compliance. Collaborate with the safety officer to ensure on-site compliance.

Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in HR/Business Administration or related field. Knowledge of PF, ESIC, Labour Acts, BOCW compliance, and licenses and other work policies

Skills:



Strong understanding of construction labor compliance and HR operations. Effective communication, problem-solving, and record-keeping skills. Ability to manage online and offline HR processes.

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?22,000.00 per month
