Experience in end to end HR Operations.
Experience in Sourcing, screening, selecting candidates, payroll, offer negotiation, exit processes. Experience in IR,ER and audit operations.
Experience in Manufacturing industries.
Experience in handling Greenfield project.
Good exposure in handling statutory and compliance
Should have handled employee engagement.
Good Communication.
