Liaise with other functional/departmental employees so as to understand all necessary aspects and needs of HR development, and to ensure they are fully informed of HR objectives, purposes and achievements.

Responsible for creating employee ID card and Include the new employee ID in HR software for attendance purpose.

Maintaining the personal file for each employee.

Maintaining the employee leave card activities.

Monitor the implementation of the ERP system.

Co-ordinate Training and development activities.

Maintain the General Administrative matters on day to day basis in co-ordination with HR Sr. Manager.

Maintain the Employee Relation matters like Employee discipline, grievance, counseling, motivation, culture and attitudinal change etc.

Monitoring and controlling of Time Office Management.

Co-ordinate with other departments regarding the effective implementation of HR policies & procedure.

Responsible for housekeeping & 5S.

Collecting PF Withdrawal form for the left employees and following the same.
